• Booking is required: A reservation is necessary to secure your spot, ensuring personal guidance in our small groups.

• Language: All sessions are conducted in English, welcoming both locals and travelers.

• What to bring: We provide mats and all necessary props. Just wear comfortable clothing.


• Time to Reconnect: Sessions last 60-75 minutes, giving your body the space to decompress and release its vitality.
